TAC: Asean invites non-regional nations to accede

KUALA LUMPUR, July 12 — Asean foreign ministers yesterday welcomed growing interest from non-regional countries to accede to the bloc’s Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC).
